STEP 2: After registration, you will receive an e-mail instructing you how to customize your copy of AnswerTrack Express. Log into your copy of AnswerTrack Express and configure your company information, colors, logos, URLs, About Pages, and KnowledgeBase categories.

STEP 3: Configure the e-mail account(s) that you want to manage through AnswerTrack Express by forwarding them to our AnswerTrack Express system servers.
