Professional is designed for small to medium-sized businesses and organizations who need to track 10 or fewer Mailboxes (like support@yourcompany.com, sales@yourcompany.com, info@yourcompany.com, etc.), and who do not wish to resell the AnswerTrack service to other Clients. Enterprise offers a resalable solution with all the features of professional with the exception of having 10 Agent seats instead of 5 included, and unlimited Clients and Mailboxes.
